THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
Now is the time to till the soil of our own hearts and welcome the word of God. Each week we are fed at the table of God's holy word. Our challenge is to continue to cultivate God's word and share the good news of salvation with others. As our faith journey continues, we need to become more and more like good soil so that we are receptive to the seed that is the word of God.
God of Abundant Goodness, hear the prayers of your people. Plant your word deep within us. May those who suffer come to know your love and mercy. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
